O R D E R

% 28.07.2017 Mr.Shanker Raju, learned counsel for the petitioners states that in view of the Notification dated 20th July, 2017 issued by the JNU, which reads as under, the grievances of the petitioners in this petition have been met.

"It is notified for information of all concerned that the Executive Council vide its Resolution No. 4.15 of 268th meeting held on 30/06/2017 has approved the implementation of Pay Parity to the Documentation Officers at par with Assistant Librarians alongwith parity of superannuation, AGP and Career Advancement Scheme

(CAS) etc. w.e.f. 01.01.2006 as per clarification received from UGC vide letters dated 24.06.2015 and 16.12.2016. This has the approval of the Competent Authority". He states, if the petitioners have any further grievance pursuant to the Notification dated 20th July, 2017, liberty be granted to the petitioners to make representation in that regard. The prayer being innocuous, suffice to state, if the petitioners have grievance pursuant to Notification dated 20th July, 2017, they shall be at liberty to make a representation, which shall be considered by the concerned Authority.

The petition is disposed of as such.
