% 23.05.2018 Parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 6.12.2017. In terms of the said Settlement Agreement the respondent was to pay a sum of Rs.1,42,572/- in full and final settlement of the dues to the petitioner. Today learned counsel for the respondent has handed over a bankers'cheque of Axis Bank Ltd. Paschim Vihar, New Delhi for the said sum of Rs.1,42,574/- in full and final settlement of the amount payable to the petitioner in terms of the Settlement Agreement. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition.
