% 24.08.2018 After lengthy arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner limits the relief in the present petition to a direction to the Appellate Committee of the National Council For Teacher Education, respondent No. 1 herein, to dispose of their appeal bearing No. 201660208, in relation to the B.A. B.Ed. Course, as expeditiously as possible. Ms. Arunima Dwivedi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the NCTE states that, the Appellate Committee will consider and determine the subject appeal on behalf of the petitioner, in its meeting scheduled to be held in the month of September, 2018, in accordance with law and under intimation to the latter.

Directed accordingly.

No further directions are called for in the present petition. With the above directions, the petition is disposed of. Pending application also stands disposed of.

Copy of the order be given dasti under signature of the Court Master to learned counsel for the parties.
