The order sheet shows that for the last many dates the matter is being adjourned at the request of the petitioner on one ground or the other. The learned counsel for the respondents points out that he has taken specific objections in the counter affidavit that the present petition is barred by the principle of res judicata as the issue raised by the petitioner already stands adjudicated in a civil suit filed by the petitioner himself.
