Petitioner had impugned order dated 24.05.2016, whereby, directions were issued to the petitioner to pay Rs.3 lakhs to the respondent as ad-interim maintenance.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pending the said proceedings, said amount of Rs.3 lakhs was deposited and has already been withdrawn by the respondent. He seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
