% 18.01.2017 EX.P.180/2015 Present execution petition has been listed today by the registry pursuant to minutes of the meeting of Hon'ble Judges (Original Side) held on 20.10.2016 and approved by Hon'ble Chief Justice on 17.11.2016 as per which the pending execution petitions involving a sum upto Rs. 2 crores have to be transferred to concerned District Court.

Learned counsel for decree holder has admitted that the sum involved in the present execution petition is less than Rs.2 crores, therefore the matter needs to be transferred to concerned Shahdara District, Karkardooma Court.
