O R D E R

% 22.04.2018 Parties have mutually agreed to resolve the subject matter and thereunder, the respondent Insurance Company has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.3,80,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Eighty Thousand only) over and above the amounts payable in terms of the impugned award. Such additional sum of Rs.3,80,000/- shall be deposited by the Insurance Company with DHSLSC within 03 weeks, failing which it shall carry interest @ 12% p.a. Such additional sum shall be proportionately paid towards the claim of the claimants in consonance with the terms of the award. The impugned award stands modified accordingly.
