W.P.(C) 7782/2016 & C.M. No.32147/2016 Petitioner is stated to be running his stall since 2007 at Sewa Nagar Market New Delhi. To substantiate his stand, he has filed certain challans from 2007 to 2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that otherwise he is protected under Section 3(3) of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014.

Per contra learned counsel for the respondent no.1 (who on

advance notice has put in appearance) submits that these challans vest no right in favour of the petitioner.

Since the Town Vending Committee (TVC) qua respondent no.1 has not yet been constituted, the grievance of the petitioner shall be addressed before the said TVC and when constituted. The petitioner is given liberty to approach the Town Vending Committee (TVC) of respondent No. 1 as and when it is constituted to get his grievance, if any, addressed.

No further orders are called for on this petition. Petition disposed of.
