% 12.02.2019 After some hearing, the petitioner, who has argued in person, he himself being a practising lawyer, fairly concedes that there is no incriminating evidence gathered during investigation on the basis of which it could be argued that grave suspicion is raised to show complicity of the second and third respondents for offences under Sections 420/468/471/504/506/34 IPC and consequently, he seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, so as to bring an end to the criminal case arising out of FIR No.139/2004 which was registered by Police Station Shahdara in terms of the directions of the Metropolitan Magistrate under section 156(3) Cr.P.C., on his complaint.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
