% 21.11.2016 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the same in case charge is framed against the petitioner and if so after the prosecutrix is examined by the learned Trial Court.

It is hoped and expected that the learned Trial Court would make its best endeavour to expeditiously hear arguments on charge and in case charge is framed against the petitioner, to examine the prosecutrix as first witness.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. Copy of order be sent to learned Trial Court.
