O R D E R

% 04.08.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No. 493/2013 under Sections 324/34 IPC registered at police station Shahbad Dairy on the complaint of respondent no.2 may be quashed.

Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Imteyaz Alam of police station Shahbad Dairy. Respondent no.2 admits having settled the matter with the petitioners of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. He further submits that he is not willing to pursue the FIR any further in view of the settlement and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 and the fact that respondent no.2 has no objection in quashing of the FIR, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 493/2013 under Sections 324/34 IPC registered at police station Shahbad Dairy and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
