By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that his parents have found a suitable match for him and thus he be granted parole as his presence is required to finalize the match. 2.

Status report has been handed over which is taken on record. 5.

As per the status report, in the present petition the petitioner claims that his parents have searched a girl named Komal, D/o Raju, R/o House W.P.(CRL) 2473/2018

No.203, Sunhare Wali Gali, Hastsal Village, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi. On verification from the said place, no person named Raju or his daughter named Komal was found residing there. One Sushil Tyagi was found residing at the given address who also stated that no Raju or his daughter Komal were residing there.

Petition is accordingly dismissed.
