% 21.08.2018 The case of petitioners is that their appeals, which are 54 in number, are pending since December, 2017. The particulars of the appeals so filed are indicated in Annexure P-4 to this petition. Upon hearing, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition and the application with direction to the concerned Appellate Authority to decide petitioners' appeals, if already pending. The disposal of these appeals shall be by a speaking order and the fate thereof be made known to petitioners within a period of eight months from today, so that petitioners may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be. With aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are disposed of.
