O R D E R

% 07.10.2016 This writ petition was filed at the time when the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) was not functioning as the posts of Members were lying vacant.

We are informed that BIFR is now functioning.

A notification has also been issued authorising one of the members to function as Chairperson of the BIFR.

The writ petition has, as such, become infructuous and the same is disposed of.

The interim order passed by us restraining the respondent from

giving effect to the notices dated 01.07.2016 and 05.07.2016 shall continue for a period of two weeks from the date or until the application of the petitioner is taken up by the BIFR whichever is earlier.
