By a judgment dated 30.09.2019, this Court directed that the captioned petition bearing CO.PET. 814/2016, be transferred to the National Company Law Tribunal ["NCLT"] 2.

The Official Liquidator ["OL"], who had been appointed as the Provisional Liquidator by order dated 12.03.2018, was directed to hand over the assets, books of accounts, and all other material of the respondent company to the Interim Resolution Professional. 3.

The OL has now filed CO.APPL. 725/2025 stating that the aforesaid directions have been complied with. discharge from her duties as liquidator of the company and seeks permission to close the books of accounts.

Ms. Rajni Anand, learned counsel, appears on behalf of the company and opposes this request.

However, it is clear from the judgment dated 30.09.2019 that a clear direction was given for transfer of the matter to the NCLT, which remained unchallenged.

No further steps are required by the OL. The OL is therefore, discharged.

Accordingly, the petition, alongwith all the pending applications, stand disposed of.
