+ CRL.M.C. 3190/2016 NARESH KUMAR ..... Petitioner Through Petitioner in person.

versus STATE OF NCT DELHI ..... Respondent Through Mr.Amit Chadha, APP for the State.

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE P.S.TEJI

O R D E R

% 02.09.2016 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the order dated 24th August, 2016 passed by the learned ACMM-2, Central, Delhi vide which the application of the petitioner for preserving the CCTV footages has been dismissed on the ground of being vague and without any reason.

Undoubtedly, the remedy available with the petitioner is revision petition.

Even otherwise, the observation made by the learned ACMM does not debar him from moving an appropriate application as permissible under law.

Consequently, the present petition is dismissed. P.S.TEJI, J SEPTEMBER 02, 2016 aa
