TR.P.(C.) 153/2018 By the present petition, the petitioner seeks transfer of the proceedings being ML No. 25 of 2017 tilted as "Hassan Khan Vs. Hazra Bano" pending in the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, South-East, Saket Court, New Delhi to some other Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Courts, Saket Court, New Delhi submitting, inter alia, to the effect that after the retirement of the previous incumbent of the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, South East, Saket, there is no one posted there and that petition filed by the petitioner who seeks restoration of his marital relations which is pending is causing a lot of mental harassment and chances of reunion of the respondent are also likely to be diminished thus. There is another Family Court in South East District as per the averments made in paras 10 and 11.

In view thereof, as per averments made in paras 10 and 11, the proceedings, being ML No. 25 of 2017 tilted as "Hassan Khan Vs. Hazra Bano" pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, South East, Saket, where there is no incumbent presently, in view of the retirement of Mr.A.K. Arya, the previous Principal Judge, proceedings in the ML No. 25 of 2017 tilted as "Hassan Kahn Vs. Hazra Khan" are withdrawn from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, South-East District, Saket and assign to the other family Court of the South-East District to be placed on 10th October, 2018 before other family Court. Copy of the order be sent to the learned District & Sessions Judge, Saket for effective compliance of this order. Copy of the order be given dasti, as prayed.
