% 08.11.2016 By an order dated 30.09.2016, Justice Mukul Mudgal (Retired), former Chief Justice of Punjab and Haryana High Court was proposed by the appointed as an Arbitrator and the Registry was directed to communicate a copy of the order to the proposed Arbitrator for eliciting a disclosure under Section 12 of the Act.

The learned counsel for the parties were also at liberty to approach the Arbitrator for obtaining the necessary disclosure. The learned counsel for the petitioner has today handed over a disclosure made by the proposed Arbitrator.

Accordingly, Justice Mukul Mudgal, Former Chief Justice of Punjab and Haryana High Court is appointed as the arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The parties are at liberty to approach the Arbitrator for fixing the schedule of hearing.

The petition is disposed of.
