% 21.01.2015 The learned counsel appearing for the North Delhi Municipal Corporation states that action has been taken with regard to the property bearing No. 4009-1010 Main Road, Naya Bazar, Delhi-110006. The action has been taken and the property has been booked and order for demolition has been passed on 07.01.2015. He assures this court that the further action of demolition shall be taken in accordance with law at the earliest.
