W.P. (Crl.) 934/2015 Petitioner has filed this writ petition praying therein that DCP (North East), Delhi be directed to supervise the investigation of FIR No. 1222/14 under Sections 324/341/506 IPC registered at police station Seema Puri. It is alleged that accused Ms.

Niharika is related to one Assistant Commissioner of Police, therefore, investigations have not progressed at all. Learned Additional Standing Counsel (ASC), on instructions of SI Prempal Singh, submits that investigations are being done diligently,

inasmuch as, aforesaid accused was arrested on 6th September, 2014 but was released on bail since all the offences were bailable. It is further submitted that petitioner was called upon to join the investigation, however, he has not come forward.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer on 6th May, 2015 at 04:00 pm. Learned ASC assures that investigations would be completed expeditiously. In view of this, present writ petition is not pressed at this stage and the same is disposed of accordingly.
