% 31.05.2017 The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks as follows:

"a) Direct the respondent No.5 to produce the wife of petitioner before this Hon'ble Court.

b) Direct the respondent No.2 to 4 to ensure to produce the wife of petitioner.

c) Direct the respondent 1 to 4 to protect the petitioner and his wife and save their life, property and matrimonial life from the hands of the respondent No.5 and his associates. d) To grant any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case and also in the interest of justice."
