The petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for providing her protection against respondents No.5 to 11.

Respondent No.5 is the husband of the petitioner and respondents No.6 and 7 are the brothers of respondent No.5. Respondents No.8, 9 and 10 are the sisters-in-law. Respondent No.11 is the sister of the mother-inlaw of the petitioner. 3.

Status report has been filed.

Petitioner is present in Court. She submits that after filing of this petition, she has started residing with her sister at D-535, Netaji Nagar, New Delhi. She submits that after the last date of hearing, she has not received

any threat from the respondents No.5 to 11. Status report also states so. The learned ASC submits that Mobile number of SHO and beat staff has already been provided to the petitioner.

Respondent No.5 is present in Court. He undertakes that he will not extend any threat to the petitioner.

In the circumstances, the petition is disposed of with the direction that the concerned SHO of Police Station Sarojini Nagar, shall provide necessary protection as and when required by the petitioner. VINOD GOEL, J.
