% 25.05.2017 Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that apart from the petitioner, there is another accused person against whom the charge has been framed by the trial court and there is another victim apart from the Complainant in the present case. Therefore, she wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition on behalf of both the accused persons while impleading the Complainant as well as the victim in this case.

In view of the aforesaid stand taken by counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
