% 19.07.2019 Petitioner impugns order on charge dated 09.03.2017 whereby petitioner has been charged under Sections 498A/304B/34 IPC in FIR No.458/2016, Police Station Vijay Vihar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial is concluded and by judgment dated 01.05.2019, petitioner has been acquitted of all charges. He, accordingly, submits that he does not wish to press the present petition as the same has become infructuous. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed.
