% 10.01.2018 By way of this application the petitioner Ashok Pandit is seeking modification of the order dated 05.09.2016 dismissing the petition seeking quashing of the present FIR and a costs of Rs. 20,000/- has been imposed upon him. There are two petitioners of which one has come to the court. Both petitioners had been burdened with costs of Rs. 20,000/- each. Petitioner in the present petition is present before the court. He states that because of financial crunch and because of the fact that he is crippled (standing in court) which fact is substantiated he is not able to pay this amount. The order is modified. Costs of Rs. 20,000/- is reduced to Rs. 2500/- which shall be deposited with the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of three days from today.

Petition disposed of.
