% 11.01.2019 CM NO. 775/19 (U/O 22 Rule 3 CPC to implead the LRs of petitioner no. 1) Ld. counsel for respondent appears on advance notice and she accepts the notice of application on behalf of respondent. Ld. counsel for respondent stated that respondent does not wish to file the reply and even they have no objection if this application is disposed of as allowed.

It is stated in the application that petitioner no. 1 Sh. Rajender Pershad expired on 12-10-2018. It is also stated that besides petitioner no. 2 there are six other LRs of R-1 as detailed in para 2 of the application. Since petitioner no. 1 has expired on 12-10-2018 and this application filed on 08-1-2019, the application is within time. RC.REV. 219/2017 1/2

Considering the fact and in view of submission made by Ld. counsel for respondent, this application is disposed of as allowed. Amended memo of parties filed alongwith the application is formally taken on record.
