dated 24th November,2015 and in exercise of power conferred by Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015, (Act 23 of 2015), which came into force with effect from 26th October, 2015 vide Notification No. F.No.L-19015/04/2012-Jus dated 26th October, 2015 issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Law, Justice & Company Affairs published in Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3 Subsection (ii), the present matter is liable to be transferred to the learned District Judge Rohini (North-West), Rohini Courts, New Delhi. Parties to appear before the concerned Court on 3rd March, 2016. As there is no appearance on behalf of the respondent or his counsel, the Registry to issue the Court notice, without process fee, to the respondent as well as through counsel for the next date for their appearance before the Transferee Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner will also inform the learned counsel for the respondent about
