By filing the instant petition, the petitioner is praying for transfer of Civil Suit No.532/2014 (New No.206561/2016) titled as Vidhya Devi vs. Bharat Singh' pending in the Court of Ms.Namita Kumar Bagha, ADJ-01, South District, Saket Court, Delhi to the Court of Ms.Neelofer Abida Perveen, ADJ-04, South-East District, Saket Court, Delhi where the connected case bearing Civil Suit No.214/2014 titled as 'Bharat Singh vs. Vidhya Devi' in respect of the same property between the same parties is pending.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the suit property falls in South-East District, the case bearing Civil Suit No.532/2014 pending in South District, Saket Court, Delhi may be transferred to the Court of
Ms.Neelofer Abida Perveen, ADJ-04, South-East District, Saket Court, Delhi where another case bearing Civil Suit No.214/2014 between the parties in respect of the same property is pending. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that at the time of filing this transfer petition, though Civil Suit No.532/2014 was pending in the Court of Ms.Namita Kumar Bagha, ADJ-01, South District, Saket Court, Delhi, now the said Court is being presided over by Mr.Sudesh Kumar, ADJ-01, South District, Saket Court, Delhi.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent fairly concedes that the suit property falls in South-East District and he has no objection if civil suit pending in the South District, Saket Court, Delhi is transferred to the Court of Ms.Neelofer Abida Perveen, ADJ-04, South-East District, Saket Court, Delhi where another case between the parties is pending. 4.
In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner and no-objection given by learned counsel for the respondent, Civil Suit No.532/2014 (New No.206561/2016) titled as Vidhya Devi vs. Bharat Singh' is withdrawn from the Court of Mr.Sudesh Kumar, ADJ-01, South District, Saket Court, Delhi and is assigned/transferred to the Court of Ms.Neelofer Abida Perveen, ADJ-04, South-East District, Saket Court, Delhi, where the connected case bearing Civil Suit No.214/2014 titled as 'Bharat Singh vs. Vidhya Devi' is pending, for disposal in accordance with law.

The next date of hearing in Civil Suit No.214/2014 pending before the Court of Ms.Neelofer Abida Perveen, ADJ-04, South-East District, Saket Court is stated to be 4th August, 2017.

Parties are directed to appear before the transferee Court on 4th
August, 2017. Case file of Civil Suit No.532/2014 (New No.206561/2016) titled as Vidhya Devi vs. Bharat Singh' be sent to the transferee Court before 4th August, 2017.

The petition stands disposed of in above terms. 8.
Copy of the order be given dasti to learned counsel for the parties. 9.
A copy of this order be also sent to the Courts concerned through concerned District & Sessions Judge.
