These Petitions under Article 227 of Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. have been filed by the Petitioners seeking to quash Complaint No. 857/2017, under Section 499 and 500 IPC. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that Petitioners have already been acquitted vide Order dated 01.04.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate.
