% 26.05.2017 Learned counsel for the respondent submits that she has taken instructions and it would not be possible to settle the matter besides the scope of the arbitration clause between the parties. She submits that the parties would have to avail of the remedies in terms of the Clause 16 as contained in the notice inviting tender dated 28.05.2014. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to take appropriate remedies in accordance with the Arbitration Clause.
