% 11.07.2017 Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner wants to withdraw the present bail application, as the charge-sheet has been filed before the concerned Trial Court, with liberty to file a fresh bail application before the concerned Court.

In view of the submission made by counsel for the petitioner, the prayer is allowed and the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh bail application before the concerned Court as and when required.
