% 18.05.2017 Issue notice.
Ms. Aasha Tiwari, Addl. PP accepts notice on behalf of the State.
Heard. It is pointed out that two accused persons have come to be chargesheeted arising out of the subject FIR and that, the instant petition has come to be filed by only one of the accused. At this stage, ld. Counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition and file afresh, if, both the accused choose to do so. Dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty as prayed, is granted. It is however, made very clear that this Court has not adverted to any aspect of the matter on merits.
