% 14.09.2018 CM No.37843/2018 This is an application for withdrawal of the writ petition, in view of the subsequent developments. It is also pointed out that the order passed by the Orissa High Court has been stayed by the Supreme Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant states that there is another notification under which the petitioner/applicant may be entitled to some benefit.

Without commenting or making any observations on merits, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. We clarify that withdrawal of the petition would not bar the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on any other grievance.
