% 16.09.2016 The respondents rely upon the order dated 07.09.2016 whereby the claims in the petition for withdrawal of shipments and also for levy of demurrage charges with effect from 14.07.2016 has been directed.

In these circumstances, we are of the opinion that the claim in the writ petition does not survive and has been rendered infructuous. In case of any grievance with respect to any amount connected with the shipment or demurrage, it is open to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
