1. Learned counsel for the parties state that they are agreeable to the Court appointing a sole Arbitrator to adjudicate their disputes, including claims and counter-claims. It is ordered that the arbitration by a Sole Arbitrator shall take place under the aegis of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre ('DAC').

2. The parties will appear before the DAC on 20th February, 2017 at 11:00 am for further steps in this regard.
