It is the common case of the parties that the present Writ Petition was tagged alongwith a batch of Writ Petitions the main case being W.P.(C)6993/2017 titled Abhishek Saxena vs. National Board of Examination and Anr. and other connected matters which were disposed of by a co-ordinate Bench on 7.2.2020 in terms of directions spelt out in para

11. The present petition was a part of the said batch and inadvertently got separated from the main batch.

In view of the above, this writ petition is also disposed of as per the terms given in the aforenoted Writ Petition being W.P.(C)6993/2017 vide order dated 7.2.2020. Respondent shall forthwith allot necessary registration No .for the final theory examinations to the petitioner. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off accordingly.
