The appeal impugns a judgment and decree dated 29th January, 2015 of the Court of Dr. Rakesh Kumar, Additional District Judge (South District), Saket Court Complex, New Delhi of dismissal of Suit no.32/2014 (Unique ID no.02406C0205662013) preferred by the appellant for recovery of money. 3.

Notice of the appeal has not been issued as yet. 4.

On the last date of hearing the counsel for the appellant stated that negotiations for settlement with the respondent are underway. 5.

Today the counsel for the appellant states that he is an associate of Mr. Pawan Kumar Bahl, Advocate for the appellant and that in terms of the settlement already arrived at the appellant has to withdraw the present appeal and withdraws the appeal.
