% 15.03.2016 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He however prays that the petition be expedited. Eviction petition is of the year 2005 and the affidavit by way of evidence of the landlord/petitioner was filed in the year 2008.

In this background, the Trial Court shall endeavour to dispose of the eviction petition expeditiously and preferably within an outer limit of one year.

Petition disposed of.
