2. Notice. Mr. Uday Chauhan, Advocate accepts notice and assures the Court that within two weeks from today, the refund application of the Petitioner would be processed and orders will be issued by the Respondent Department. However, it is directed that within three weeks from today, the refund amount together with interest payable thereon will be deposited to the Petitioner's account directly by the Department. If there is non-compliance with this order, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
