% 18.05.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions from Mr. Motilal Gupta, Chairman of the petitioner Trust, submits that the FCRA Certificate of the petitioner has been renewed. He submits that in view of the renewal of the FCRA Certificate, he does not wish to press the present petition.
