O R D E R

% 17.10.2016 In compliance with the order dated 20.09.2016, the Judgment Debtor has filed an undertaking by way of an affidavit affirming that a sum of `67,30,338/- would be paid to the Decree holder within a period of 90 days from 20.09.2016. Mr Nagesh, the learned counsel for the Decree Holder has also handed over an affidavit affirmed by the Manager of the Decree Holder, inter alia, affirming that the aforesaid sum is acceptable to the Decree Holder in full and final settlement of its claim. The parties are bound by their respective statements.

In view of the above, no orders are required to be passed in this petition and the same is disposed of.
