1. Mr Kirtiman Singh, learned CGSC appearing for the Union of India has handed over to the Court a copy of an order dated 23rd November, 2019, whereby apart from granting the promotion, with effect from 16th January, 2016, with date of assumption with effect from 11th January, 2017, the pay of the Petitioner has also been notionally fixed at Rs.35,400/- (Cell-01) with effect from the same date in the pay matrix of Rs.35400-112400 with DNI due on 1st January, 2017. The arrears become payable on 11th January, 2017.

2. In view of the above order, no further directions are called for in the

present petition and it is disposed of as such. No costs. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
