O R D E R

Mr. A.K. Dey, Advocate is present for the Appellants and submits that his clients have already vacated the suit premises. However, counsel for the Respondent submits that possession has not been given. Mr. Rohit Jain, Treasurer of the Respondent is present in court. Mr. K.R. Chawla, Advocate has identified him. In view of the categorical submission of Mr. Dey that the property has already been vacated, Mr. Jain is directed to take possession of the property today itself at 5.30 PM. Appellants, Mr. Narender Singh and Mrs. Kusum Dengri, who are present in court shall handover the possession to Mr. Rohit Jain in the presence of their counsels. Let the possession be handed over at the site at 5.30 PM today. Parties to report compliance tomorrow i.e, 8th May, 2018 at 10.30 AM. The SHO of the local area is directed to ensure that the possession of the entire

property is handed over today.
