Ld. counsel for parties submit that part of cause of action arose at Lajpat Nagar which falls under the jurisdiction of District South-East, Delhi. In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (South-East), Saket, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (South-East), Saket, Delhi on 27.05.2016.

Ld. counsel for defendant submits that he has filed leave to defend application alongwith delay condonation application before the Registry. CS(OS) 1293/2015 1/2

Registry is directed to tag the same to the present file and send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
