versus UNION OF INDIA ..... Respondent Through Mr. Siddharth Panda, Adv.
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV SACHDEVA
O R D E R
% 03.09.2019 1.
Petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 18.07.2016 whereby the application of the petitioner under Sections 151, 152 & 153 CPC seeking correction of a typographical error in judgment dated 18.03.1999 has been dismissed.
2.
The trial court has dismissed the said application on the ground that what petitioner was seeking was a substantive correction of the judgment and not correction of a typographical error dealing with clerical, arithmetic or accidental mistake which could be corrected under section 152, 153 CPC.
3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a review of order dated 18.03.1999. 4.
In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved. SANJEEV SACHDEVA, J SEPTEMBER 03, 2019/'rs'
