O R D E R

% 11.05.2017 This petition impugns the order dated 25th April, 2017 whereby the stay granted by the Trial Court in favour of the petitioner had been vacated by it. The case is now listed before the Trial Court for final arguments on 19.05.2017. The respondent - DDA has already concluded its arguments. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that arguments on behalf of the petitioner shall be addressed on that day. The learned counsel for the DDA submits that DDA's counsel too shall be present on the said date to assist the Court for early disposal of the case. In view of the matter, the parties shall appear before the Trial Court for addressing the final arguments on 19.05.2017 and would assist in the expeditious disposal of the case.

The interim order granted by this Court on 05.05.2017 shall continue till 19.05.2017.

The petition is disposed off in the above terms. A copy of this order be given dasti to the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
