1. Counsel for the Respondent has handed over to the Court a copy of an order dated 16th March 2019 fixing the basic pay of the Petitioner as on 2nd February 2006 at Rs.9910/- on par with the direct recruits. The subsequent increments and ACPs etc. have been calculated on that basis.
