The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedies under Section 45 of the Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board Act, 2010. He, however, requests that the delay in approaching the Lieutenant Governor may be condoned.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the appellate authority. In the event the petitioner files an appeal under Section 45 of the Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board Act, 2010 within a period of six weeks from today, the petitioner's request for condonation of delay, if any, shall be considered sympathetically.
