O R D E R

% 06.12.2016 Respondent no.2 is present in court and he is identified by the IO. The petitioners have preferred the present writ petition to seek the quashing of FIR No.1036/2015 under Section 365 IPC registered at PS Jyoti Nagar and the proceedings arising therefrom. The petitioners state that they have solemnised their marriage on 30.08.2016 out of their own free will and accord. The FIR came to be registered on the complaint of respondent no.2 who is the brother of petitioner no.2. Respondent no.2 states that he does not wish to pursue the complaint any further as the petitioners have got married out of their own free will and accord, and that she is a major.

Accordingly, no useful purpose would be served in proceeding further with the FIR in question and the proceedings emanating therefrom. The same are hereby quashed.
