O R D E R

% 01.08.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that complainant has himself alleged in the FIR that he had purchased the property from Mr. Shyam Sunder and Mr. Lalesh Kumar and that they have executed the relevant documents and handed over the possession of the property, that is, plot bearing No. 144, forming part of Khasra No. 373, Village Nawada, Delhi, also known as Block-L Extension, Mohan Garden, New Delhi. Only allegation levelled against the petitioner is that he had negotiated the deal being a property dealer and received `5 lacs on behalf of Mr. Shyam Sunder and Mr. Lalesh Kumar. It is submitted that none of the documents bears the signatures of the petitioner.

Learned APP opposes the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner

on the ground that petitioner had brokered the deal, inasmuch as, has received `5 lacs from the complainant on 13th November, 2008. It is further contended that petitioner had conspired with Mr. Shyam Sunder and Mr. Lalesh Kumar.

Keeping in mind the facts and circumstances of the case, is it ordered that in case of arrest petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum `25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigation Officer/SHO of the concerned police station.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
